The Short Version

This site is run by the Beta Zeta Alumni Board of Theta Xi Fraternity at Auburn University. We collect information only when you choose to fill out one of our forms. We use it to contact you and to keep chapter records current. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers, and this site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

What We Collect

Only what you type into a form. Specifically:

• Rush Interest Form: your name, email address, phone number, high school, GPA, and anything you write in the message box.
• Alumni Update Form: your name, initiation or graduation year, roll (BZ) number, email address, phone number, mailing address, employer, job title, LinkedIn URL, and any notes you add.

Everything on both forms is optional except the few fields marked required. If you'd rather not put something in writing, just email or call us instead.

How We Use It

• Rush inquiries go to our Recruitment Chairman so he can reach out about visiting the house. That's it — we don't add you to any mailing list.
• Alumni updates go to the Alumni Board and are used to keep our records current so we can reach you about chapter news, reunions, and events.

Who Can See It

Form submissions are delivered to chapter email accounts and stored by Netlify, the service that hosts this website. Access is limited to the officers and Alumni Board members who need it. We do not provide your information to other organizations, and we never sell it.

Cookies and Analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and there are no third-party trackers embedded in our pages. We use our host's built-in analytics, which reports totals only — page views, general location by country, and which sites link to us. It cannot identify you personally.

Some pages include content from other services — Instagram posts, a Google map of the chapter house, and donation platforms. When you view or use those, the companies that operate them may collect information under their own privacy policies.

Students Under 18

We know many people interested in rushing are high school seniors who may not be 18 yet. We only collect what a student chooses to submit, and we use it solely to follow up about recruitment. Parents or guardians who would like us to remove a submission can contact us and we'll delete it promptly — no questions asked.

Keeping and Removing Your Information

We keep alumni records for as long as you'd like to stay in touch, and we periodically clear out old rush inquiries we no longer need. You can ask us at any time to see what we have, correct it, or delete it entirely.
